Weekly Schedule

Our address for the mental health program is 13013 State Line Rd Kansas City, MO 64145 Please be aware we have multiple locations listed on Google, so be sure to drive to the correct location!

Please bring a copy of your insurance card, a copy of your ID and pharmacy card if it is separate from your health insurance. Please bring a week’s worth of clothes, we provide all hygiene and toiletries. If you have specific needs for hygiene, please bring it in a brand new package, unopened. You can bring a personal blanket or pillow if you want, but we do have plenty.

• Do NOT bring razors, anything containing alcohol or aerosol products, (cologne, hairspray, hand sanitizer,etc).
• Do NOT bring any weapons, mace, sharp objects or anything that could present harm to self or others. Anything brought in that is deemed dangerous to you or others, may be subject to confiscation by our staff.
• Do NOT bring large amounts of money/cash. If you smoke or vape, be sure to bring UNOPENED packages that are brand new.
• We have flexible designated smoking times throughout the day. There will be no smoking from 11pm-6am or if you are a fall risk.

Family visitation is available for scheduling on Tuesday OR Wednesday evenings at 7pm, and Saturday OR Sunday afternoons at 3:30pm. All visitors and times must be approved by our Clinical team. Your loved one will be assigned a therapist who will reach out to the emergency contact within 72 hours.
