Midwest Recovery Centers CEO Jeff Howard and Director of Admissions Taylor Johnson recently spoke to KCTV Channel 5 about the risk of increased alcohol abuse during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The thing that scares me the most about this pandemic is that this is happening to high functioning people and they’re afraid to talk about it,” Howard told reporters.
Johnson shared his own story of recovery, which led him from enrolling in Midwest as a client three years ago to helping others reach recovery today.
